EN1504-4混凝土结构保护和修复产品CE认证-认证流程：
1、确定需要认证的产品类型，提交申请
2、确定欧洲产品指令，混凝土表面保护产品需符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CRP305/2011/EU
3、确定欧洲协调标准，混凝土表面保护产品需符合协调标准EN1504-4
4、根据CPR指令和协调标准EN1504-4进行测试评估，欧盟公告机构根据认证体系1，体系2，体系3或体系4进行测试认证。
5、获得由欧盟公告机构办法的测试报告和证书(如果根据体系1或者体系2认证需工厂审查)
6、发放产品性能声明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在产品包装上加贴带公告机构编码的CE标志
8、在欧洲市场自由销售

从2013年7月1日起，欧盟颁布的建筑产品CPR法规(Construction Product Regulation简称305/2011/EU-CPR法规)将全面取代原来的建筑产品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive简称CPD指令)，欧盟305/2011/EU-CPR法规将对建筑产品CE认证的要求更加严格。
