EN 14304 工业装置和建筑设备用隔热产品工厂制柔性弹性泡沫(FEF)产品规范。
橡塑保温板/管(FEF)欧盟CE认证–EN14304认证产品范围
EN14304欧洲标准规定了工厂制造的柔性弹性泡沫产品的要求，这些产品用于工作温度在-200℃至+175℃范围内的建筑设备和工业装置的隔热。注：在-50°C的工作温度下，应进行产品在预期应用中的适用性试验。在任何情况下都应注意制造商的建议。
产品以薄板、管、卷和胶带的形式制造，有或没有涂层和自粘背衬和/或不同的封闭系统。
EN14304标准涵盖的产品也用于预制隔热系统和复合材料面板；不包括包含这些产品的系统的性能。
不包括在10“C温度下宣称导热系数大于0.050W/（m-K）的产品，不包括建筑结构隔热产品。
This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made flexible elastomeric foam products which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations with an operating temperature in the range of approximately - 200 °C to + 175 °C.
Below an operating temperature of - 50 °C, tests regarding the suitability of the products in the intended application should be performed. Manufacturer's advice should be heeded in all cases.
橡塑保温板/管(FEF)欧盟CE认证–EN14304认证体系及强制时间
FEF柔性弹性泡沫CE认证（橡塑发泡保温产品CE认证）在欧盟建筑产品CPR法规指导下，根据EN14304:2015协调标准采用体系1或者3进行测试认证。EN14304欧盟CE认证必须由欧盟委员会认可的具备资质能力的欧盟公告号机构(Notified Body)进行测试及认证。EN 14304 FEF柔性弹性发泡材料CE认证从2013年11月1日强制实施。

1、确定需要认证的产品类型，提交申请
2、确定欧洲产品指令，柔性橡胶发泡材料需符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CPR 305/2011/EU
3、确定欧洲协调标准，柔性橡胶发泡材料需符合协调标准EN 14304
4、根据CPR指令和协调标准EN 14304进行测试评估，欧盟公告认证机构根据认证体系3进行测试认证
5、获得由欧盟公告机构颁发的测试报告和证书
6、发放产品性能声明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在产品包装上加贴带公告机构编码的CE标志
8、在欧洲市场自由销售
